Core behavior rules every player must follow. Violations will result in jail time or ban.
DM
Deathmatch
Killing or attacking another player without a valid RP reason or interaction is strictly forbidden.
VDM
Vehicle Deathmatch
Using a vehicle to intentionally run over, ram, or kill players without proper RP.
DB
Drive-By
Shooting from inside or a moving vehicle requires proper RP to support the situation.
- Only allowed if the RP situation clearly supports it
- Cannot be spammed or abused randomly
- No drive-by on unarmed players randomly
- No using malicious transports to kill players
RK
Revenge Killing
Returning to kill someone after they killed you is prohibited. Your character "forgets" the conflict after death.
SK
Spawn Killing
Attacking or killing players at spawn points, interiors, or immediately after they spawn without RP is not allowed.
PG
Powergaming
Doing unrealistic actions or forcing actions on others without giving them a chance to roleplay.
MG
Metagaming
Using out-of-character information (Discord, DMs, voice calls, PMs) in-game is forbidden.
TK
Team Killing
Killing players from your own faction, gang, or organization without a valid in-character reason.
LTA
Leaving to Avoid
If you crash mid-RP, you must return and continue the scene. Disconnecting to avoid consequences is forbidden.
FEAR RP
Fear Roleplay
Your character must act as if they fear death. No rushing gunmen, no ignoring weapons pointed at you.
NLR
New Life Rule
After dying, you must forget the events leading to your death and not return to the scene for 10–15 minutes. Does not apply in turfs/wars.
NON-RP
Non-RP Behavior
Doing unrealistic actions, breaking immersion, or ignoring logical RP.
Turf War Rules
11 Rules

Only approved gangs/factions can claim or fight for turf.
No outside help from other players or friends. Only faction members. No third-party sniping.
Cooldowns apply — factions must respect cooldowns after each turf fight.
Stay in boundaries — all fighting must stay inside the turf zone and outside safe zones.
No spawn/entrance camping — no killing at HQ gates, stairways, interiors, or spawn points.
No VDM — vehicles cannot be used to ram or kill players in turf situations.
No Metagaming — only IC or radio RP communication allowed; no Discord call info.
No switching gangs or factions mid-fight unrealistically during combat.
No healing abuse or refilling armor in the middle of gunfights.
No abuse of passenger seat to heal or shoot players from.
No pausing, ESC abuse, or menu healing. No malicious transports. No LTA or camping during turf.
Kidnapping Rules

Kidnapping is ONLY allowed when all conditions below are met:
There is a valid RP reason for the kidnapping.
Scene is reasonable — not in public areas, PD stations, hospitals, etc.
Player count is balanced (example: 3v1 maximum).
Victim is given proper RP chances to respond.
Cannot kidnap new players — target must be Level 3 or above.
Robbery Rules

A valid RP motive is required before robbing any player.
Not robbing new players — target must be Level 3 or above.
Not robbing in public areas or safe zones (spawn, PD, hospital).
Ship War Rules
5 Rules
▼
No entering restricted, unreachable, or glitched areas during ship wars.
Families involved in the ship may engage in combat with law enforcement, illegal factions, or other families.
Blocking shipment vehicles with unrealistic methods is prohibited.
Stealing or destroying ship vehicles outside allowed rules is forbidden.
No exploits in spawns, weapons, vehicles, or equipment during ship war.

Mobile Players
Players are allowed to use built-in aim-lock launchers only. Any enhanced, modified, or external aim is strictly forbidden.
PC
PC Players
Only manual C-Bug is allowed, performed entirely by the player using standard inputs. Manual C-Bug is not allowed in RP situations.
Modified clients or game files
Macros, scripts, keybind loops, or automation of any kind

Voice Chat Rules

Voice chat must be used in-character (IC) at all times unless stated otherwise.
CONDUCT
Respect & Conduct
- Respect all players — no harassment or hate speech
- No screaming, mic spamming, or soundboards
- No voice changers or disruptive audio effects
REALISM
Voice Realism
- Speak realistically based on your RP situation
- You may not talk normally while injured, cuffed, or dying
- Fear RP must be respected when threatened
RANGE
Voice Range & Location
- Do not speak to players who are not nearby IC
- No talking through walls or between interiors
- Voice chat does not bypass /whisper or distance rules
COMBAT
Combat & Critical Situations
- No long speeches during gunfights or wars
- No OOC callouts (e.g., "he's behind you")
- No coordinating attacks using OOC voice
MIC
Microphone Quality
- Use a clear, working microphone
- Excessive background noise is not allowed
- Push-to-talk is strongly recommended

No mixing IC/OOC. No metagaming. Use /pm only for clarification. OOC commands: /b /rb /fb /g
BEHAVIOR
Chat Behavior
- No spam, flooding, or excessive CAPS
- No trolling, insulting, toxicity, or harassment
- No server advertising or discussion of other servers
- Forbidden to incite ethnic hatred in OOC chat
- No national, political, or religious conflict discussions
- No insults towards Administration in /report, IC, or OOC

Family Rules

Families must represent organized, realistic criminal roleplay. Family leaders are responsible for their members.
CONDUCT
Communication & Behavior
- Respect all players and staff at all times
- No violations of other server rules
- No unrealistic behavior during crimes, chases, or shootouts
- No attacking in safe zones (hospitals, police stations, city hall)
- Family chat is both IC & OOC
MGMT
Family Management
- Leaders are responsible for their members' behavior
- Members must understand and follow all family rules
- Families must maintain active roleplay to remain registered
- Inactive families may be warned or removed
- Family names, skins, and tags must follow server guidelines

Exploiting Game Mode Bugs
Using bugs or glitches intentionally — duplication, mission exploits, item/money exploits.
EVASION
Punishment Evasion
Creating another account or logging off to avoid punishment (ban evasion) is strictly forbidden.
MULTI-ACC
Multi-Accounting (Twink)
Owning or using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages, manipulate events, or share accounts.
SCAM
Non-RP Scam
Scamming players outside proper roleplay — selling items/money illegitimately or using deception outside RP context.
THREAT
Threatening Players
Any form of threatening, intimidating, extorting, or blackmailing other players for personal gain or to force actions.
FRAUD
Game Mode Money Fraud
Manipulating game systems to gain illegal in-game currency — duplication, exploit of money mechanics, fraudulent trade.
IMPERSON
Impersonating Admins
Pretending to be a staff member or admin to trick players or gain an advantage is forbidden.
DOXX
Real-Life Threats / Doxxing
Sharing personal information or threatening players outside the game will result in an immediate permanent ban and possible reporting to authorities.
SYMBOLS
Prohibited Symbols
Using Nazi, political, or any offensive symbols outside RP context is forbidden.
COMPLICITY
Complicity with Blacklisted Players
Assisting or helping blacklisted players in any way to avoid punishments is strictly forbidden.
