1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding, using, interacting with, or authorizing the Europa Roleplay Discord Bot ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Bot or any feature provided through its integration with Europa Roleplay.

2. About the Bot
The Europa Roleplay Discord Bot is an official community service connected to the Europa Roleplay SA-MP game server.
Depending on the features enabled by Europa Roleplay, the Bot may provide account-linking, game-to-Discord synchronization, notifications, server information, moderation features, logs, faction or community utilities, and other services related to the game.
3. Discord and Game Account Linking
Some Bot features may require you to link your Discord account with your Europa Roleplay game account.
You must not attempt to link another player's game account to your Discord account, impersonate another player, bypass account restrictions, or manipulate the linking system.
4. Information and Data
To provide its features, the Bot may process information necessary for the Discord-to-game integration.
Examples of information that may be processed
- Discord user ID and Discord server membership information.
- Europa Roleplay game account or character identifiers.
- Account-linking status and related verification information.
- Bot commands, actions, and technical events required to operate the service.
- Game and Discord information required for synchronization features.
The Bot should only process information necessary for its available features. Information collected through the Bot may be used to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Europa Roleplay integration.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Bot to:
- Exploit, abuse, or intentionally break Bot functionality.
- Attempt to bypass account-linking or verification systems.
- Impersonate another user, staff member, or representative of Europa Roleplay.
- Use automated methods to abuse commands or overload the service.
- Attempt to obtain information that you are not authorized to access.
- Interfere with the Bot, the game server, Discord integration, or related services.
- Use the Bot for activities that violate Discord's rules or applicable law.
6. Game and Discord Rules
Using the Bot does not replace or override the rules of Europa Roleplay or Discord.
Players are still required to follow the official Europa Roleplay server rules, faction rules, staff instructions, and applicable Discord rules.
7. Availability and Changes
The Bot is provided as part of the Europa Roleplay community service. Features may be added, changed, temporarily disabled, or removed as the game and its infrastructure evolve.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Bot, Discord integration, account synchronization, or any individual feature.
8. Suspension and Removal
Europa Roleplay may restrict or remove access to Bot features when necessary to protect the game server, Discord community, other users, or the integrity of the account-linking system.
Access may also be affected by game-server punishments, Discord moderation, security measures, technical issues, or violations of these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
The Bot operates through third-party platforms and services, including Discord and the Europa Roleplay game infrastructure.
Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and policies. Europa Roleplay does not control Discord's availability, policies, or platform functionality.
10. Security
Do not share private credentials, verification information, bot tokens, or other security-sensitive information with other users.
If you believe your Discord account or Europa Roleplay account has been linked incorrectly or compromised, contact the Europa Roleplay staff through the official community channels.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated when the Bot, the game integration, or the community services change.
Continued use of the Bot after an updated version of these Terms is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
